Our Leadership Development Program is fully customizable.

  • Six half-day facilitated sessions for training, sharing of best practices, and organizational networking.

  • Six one-on-one virtual coaching meetings with certified executive coaches for leaders to hone and apply their unique leadership goals.

  • Six peer-led small groups for application, support and accountability.

  • Individual assessments, such as Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire (IEQ9) or Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) to build self-awareness.

  • EQ-i 2.0 Assessment to increase awareness of emotional intelligence strengths and gaps.

  • Leadership Toolkit that addresses the topics most important to today’s leaders.

Leadership Skills
